2. CIF (Cost Insurance and Freight)
This is the opposite of FOB. It indicates that the shipper (KCC Autos) is not only responsible for the Japan-side procedures but also responsible for insuring the vehicle on behalf of the buyer until vehicle arrives and is unloaded at the port of destination. KCC Autos ships vehicles CIF.

Knowledge about import regulations in your country:

The Vehicle Price on the Invoice includes of the following:

1. Cost of vehicle
2. Shipping Cost (including Insurance - CIF)
3. KCC Autos Commission: 10% of vehicle cost.

Vehicle Price + KCC Autos Commission + Shipping Cost

If you are residing outside Japan, Payment can only be made to us by Bank or Wire Transfer or Paypal. We do not accept payments by Letter of Credit or Money Order.

Payment system:
First, a Fixed Cost Deposit of $1000US should be made before KCC Autos can bid on a vehicle at the auction. (this deposit is part of the cost of the vehicle) Fixed Cost Deposit include: Auction fees, Recycle fee, De-registration fee, Cost of inland transportation of vehicle from auction venue to the port, custom clearance tax , and Port handling fee. It is 100% refundable if you decide to cancel the transaction before we win the bid and buy the vehilce at the auction.

After a successful bid is closed, we will inform you immediately by email or fax of the result and you will also be able to confirm the result online and by fax. The vehicle will be held at the auction venue by the auction agent during which you will be required to Wire Transfer the full cost of the vehicle, our commission and the shipping cost within 3 working days.

KCC autos then completes shipment booking and fax you a copy of the booking schedule we receive from the shipping agency. Soon after the vessel left port in Japan, all necessary original documents ( Original Bill of Lading, Buyer's Invoice,Title certificate, etc) will immediately be sent directly to you by EMS, FedEx or DHL. These original documents are necessary to clear your vehicle at the port.

The Total payment of a vehicle can be calculated as such:
Price of Vehicle (includeds Fixed Costs Deposit ) + KCC Autos 10% commission + Shipping Cost.

1. Three Original copies of Bill of Lading (Cargo specifications from shipping agent)
2. KCC Autos Invoice (specifying the vehicle details and where you bought it)
3. Title Certificate + Export certificate
4. Any necessary additional documents needed for customs
