| EXPORTING PROCESS:

| Step1: Complete
the Order / Inquiry Form. |

Fill in the Vehicle Inquiry Form and inform us the type of car you intend to purchase.We will then email you a total price quotation that will include the following:
Vehicle Price + KCC Autos Commission
+ Shipping Cost (CIF) |

Step2: Order confirmation and initial
deposit . |
 |
After we receive your confirmation to the total price, you will next complete initial Fix Cost Deposit of $1000US (100,000Yen) before we can bid on a vehicle.
Fixed Costs Deposit includes the payments and costs we have to pay after a bid on a vehicle is won: Auction fees, Recycle fee, Title registration fee, Cost of inland transportation of vehicle from auction venue to the port, custom clearance tax , and Port handling fee. This deposit is 100% refundable if you decide to cancel the transaction before we won a bidding at the auction. Paying a $1000US also a security deposit for us to bid on a vehicle on behalf of you the customer.

| Step3: Search and bid at auction. Full payment for vehicle & Shipping. |

After our bank has confirmed your initial deposit, we start bidding on a vehicle of your specification. After we won an aution bid, the vehicle is held at the auction venue until we complete full payment for the car. At this point we will inform you of the winning bid and email or Fax you the results from the Auction venue as proof (Pictures of the vehicle will also be email to you). You will then complete the rest of the payment for the vehicle uncluding the shipping cost in 3 days.

| Step4: Shipment of Vehicle. |

After receiving your payment, we then start the shipping process. We contact shipping agent and
make booking for your destination. After we secure a booking, we email or Fax you the
shipping schedule. The vehicle is re-checked, re-cleaned and transported to the port and loaded for shipment. (CIF). |

| Step5: Pick up your vehicle
at your port. |

After the shipping vessel leaves Japan, we
will immediately send you by EMS, FedEx or DHL, the original copies of
1. The Bill of Lading(B/L) 3 original copies.
2. KCC Invoice
3. The Vehicle's Title Certificate + Export certificate.
And any other document you might need depending on your country's import regulations. |
